Payment

The PMI-SAC Professional Development Conference accepts the following methods of payment:

(NEW!) PDC All-Access Video

We will be recording speaker presentations at the PDC so that you can have access to all of the breakout sessions (keynotes not included) for up to 90 days after the event. You know what that means? You can earn a total of 15 PDUs by attending the event and watching the video. Professional development has never been easier. Just be sure to add the “PDC All-Access Video” for $79.00 when you are registering for the conference.

Registration Changes

Event registration is required in order to reserve your position in concurrent sessions as space is limited in each session. You can update your profile, change your session selections, and make substitutions through our online conference registration system here. Simply enter your email address and password to your registration record and make changes until May 1, 2019.

Large Volume Discount

A volume discount program is available to organizations who wish to send multiple delegates to the conference. We are pleased to offer a $50 discount per attendee to organizations that register five (5) or more delegates. Please note that any organizations that register for the large volume program and fail to register at least five (5) attendees will be invoiced for the cost difference of a standard conference pass.

Student Registrations

PMI-SAC welcomes the participation of students in this event that is rich with educational and networking opportunities. Our student pass is offered at a reduced rate of $100.00 and provides access to all aspects of the one-day event. Valid student identification from a recognized educational institute is required to register as a student.

Registration Terms

Each conference delegate must display a valid pass while attending sessions or events at the conference. Some of the concurrent sessions that are limited by space attendance will be monitored for admission.

Cancellation Policy

The Professional Development Conference will issue full refunds for conference registrations less a $100.00 administration fee for all written requests received on or before April 14, 2019. We regret that refunds will not be considered after this date. Substitutions are permitted when the name of the individual substituting is recorded using the online registration system here prior to May 1, 2019 at 5:00 pm (MST). All approved refunds will be issued after the conference.
