New this year, we are offering attendees the opportunity to spread out the cost of the Professional Development Conference and pay for their registration in monthly installments. Here’s how it works:
- Registrants will be charged $200 of the registration fee for their registration type on the day of purchase
- Monthly installments of $200 will be charged to the credit card on file on the 15th of the month in August, September, and October
- The remaining balance owning will be charged to the credit card on file on November 15
- Only online payment will be accepted for attendees wishing to register through this program

Do you need help applying for funding to attend the PDC? Well we have you covered! We recognize that employers and organizations have limited training and professional development budgets and have prepared an Attendance Support Toolkit and Making the Case Letter to support funding requests to attend the conference.
Large Volume Program
A volume discount program is available to organizations who wish to send multiple delegates to the conference. We are pleased to offer a 10% discount per attendee to organizations that register ten (10) or more delegates. Please note that any organizations that register for the large volume program and fail to register at least ten (10) attendees will be invoiced for the cost difference of a standard conference pass.

PMI-SAC welcomes the participation of students in this event that is rich with educational and networking opportunities. Students can register either a one-day or two-day conference pass and have access to all the keynotes, sessions and networking opportunities available on the day(s) of the conference they are attending. Our student one-day pass is provided at a reduced rate of $250 and our student two-day (full conference) pass is available for $450. Valid student identification from a recognized educational institute is required to register as a student.
The PMI-SAC Professional Development Conference accepts the following methods of payment:
You can update your profile, change your session selections, and make substitutions through our online conference registration system here. Simply enter your email address and password to your registration record and make changes until November 15, 2017.
Each conference delegate must display a valid pass while attending sessions or events at the conference. Some of the concurrent sessions that are limited by space attendance will be monitored for admission.
The Professional Development Conference will issue full refunds for conference registrations less a $100.00 administration fee for all written requests received on or before November 1, 2017. We regret that refunds will not be considered after this date. Substitutions are permitted when the name of the individual substituting is recorded using the online registration system here prior to November 15, 2017 at 5:00 pm MST. All approved refunds will be issued after the conference.
