Striving for Excellence. Conquering Barriers. Achieving Success.

Thank you to our attendees, sponsors, volunteers, and exhibitors for attending the PMI-SAC 2016 Professional Development Conference (PDC) at WinSport! We are thrilled you were able to join us for another successful event and hope you are able to return to your organization ready to inspire others to reach their peak performance.

Now, more than ever, project management professionals are being asked to deliver more with less. Our clients, stakeholders and organizations expect us to take on more than ever before, oftentimes with less resources amidst a climate of constant uncertainty. Demanding work environments, complex teams and increased pressure means that we need to condition ourselves to be at the top of our game. In order to succeed, project managers must hone their skills, push past their comfort zones and endure increasing challenges to emerge faster, stronger and tougher.

Achieving peak performance, whether you’re a professional athlete or a project management professional requires vision, focus, determination and the relentless pursuit of excellence. While we train, practice, refine and perfect our own skillset, we also must learn to do more than just manage – we must inspire, coach, motivate, and drive others to excel.

For each and every one of us, our careers will consist of pivotal highlights that change our course, setbacks that we persevere through and mentors that we learn from and aspire to be. It is what we do with these peak moments that will define our careers.

Join us for the PMI Southern Alberta Chapter 2016 Professional Development Conference on November 22nd – 23rd as our speakers share their highlights, setbacks and lessons learned. They will inspire us with the peak moments of their stories and show us how we can train ourselves to be stronger, smarter and more resourceful than ever before.
